1. Before entering the apartment, a temporary rental agreement must be signed with the owners. 2. NO parties are allowed in the apartment. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. 4. Pets and animals are strictly prohibited in the apartment. 5. When leaving the apartment, please switch off the air conditioning or heating. 6. The apartment community is very respectful and quiet, so it is important to respect the neighbors and the community rules. Therefore, noise is not allowed from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. 7. Pool area: The pool and garden can only be used from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The use of glass is prohibited in the pool and garden areas. Playing football is not allowed in the garden or pool area. After using the sun loungers, please return them to the designated storage area (at the back of the pool, near the gate leading to the street). 8. Waste rules: At the end of your stay, please make sure not to leave any garbage inside the apartment. There are waste containers on the street in front of our building.
